Do you have tried and "force-validate" update CSGO Server files?

E.g:

my server is hosted in dathost, so it auto updates..

Hmm...I don't have the problem on my dedicated servers. ;/

Weird... I believe that only installing the server from scratch then.

Try to backup your server, and start from scratch. Even try to validate the files on the server.

reset to default your cfg files
maybe sv_maxvelocity have a wrong value

For my server the sv_airaccelerate was too high, play with that setting.
