Since I can't seem to get much help in the Scripting section (link to thread), I'm requesting a quick modification to the Map Rate plugin.

In its current state, it requires a player death for the rate menu to pop up, however I wish to make it so after X amount of time in the map, the player gets the rate menu popped, regardless of deaths (great for bhop/surf/gametypes with one round).
