This is a simple plugin to block round from restarting. I did this for myself when I realized that when I was alone on my minigame server the round would always restart when a second player joined even with mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1. So this fixed my problem and maybe it fixes your problem too!

Well obviously I wouldn't take credit for it. It's a simple plugin yet effective since it fixed my problem and I thought maybe someone else needed this. I haven't found a plugin which fixes this problem except like kztimer and many people don't want that to just run a simple minigame server.
