I have a CSGO DS in casual mode.
After a match when the server starts to change maps I see a panel with map names pop up but it only shows for a second before it switches to the next map in the rotation.

I have these correctly set now but it still only shows for a second.

What are the setting to have this map vote panel show for longer than a second?

20 is default for mp_endmatch_votenextleveltime, and are you sure your putting these settings in the correct file and no other plugins are modifying other server cvars?

I know that mp_endmatch_votenextleveltime is set correctly.

While I am in the last round of a match I do a:
rcon mp_endmatch_votenextleveltime
and it shows me 10

And also for
rcon mp_endmatch_votenextmap shows 1

The round ends and the change level screen shows for about 1 second and then the map changes.
I already disabled the two source mod plugins related to map changes.

There is an issue with this.

You are forced to use the default values for mp_match_end_restart and the defaults for the mp_endmatch_vote commands. Else it doesnt work, atleast it didnt work for me.

I tried it by keeping them all default and it worked, then I changed one time-value and it completely stopped working.

I finally figured this out.
You have to also set
mp_match_restart_delay

This sets how long the screen shows after the round.
I had it set low like 3 seconds.

I set this to 10 and now I see the vote next map selections for 10 seconds.
