Help me setting up my CS2 Server

I need help installing & setting up fake_rcon & would like to know how I can run Workshop Maps. I would pay €15 to whoever would completely set up my server for me.

Workshop maps you can change just manually when setup. Putting them in any list and voting doesnt work for ATM. Just to let you know

so I'm not stupid after all, I was wondering why the map switch didn't work at the end or with a rtv system, this was simply ignored and the old map was played
