it has happened again. im going to remove the autorecorder plugin and test it again. what is confusing is how when i just restart the instance, the bug doesn't happen. It is only when the instance has been running for a while or perhaps a few map changes later it will happen.

I assume. These could cause it, can't say sure because there is no plugin source-code.
You can try running server a while without these to check again.

This how it start definetly stop working.
"Basic Commands" create command sm_map.
When execute that command, it have 3 second delay before it force change level.
If plugin basecommands.smx unloaded in this during 3 seconds, it won't change map. Stop working.
