tNoUnlocksPls is the plugin you are looking for, I think.

EDIT: Oh look, a hidden newpage post. Darth ninja'd me. Except Wazz's hasn't been updated in a while. It'll still work for what you want, though.

Hey FlaminSarge, I noticed we need a new stock to compile on our own. What version of sourcemod do we need then? Does this still apply:

Changed it to 1.3.8+, thanks. I'm not sure if the stock is in 1.3.8 specifically, but I linked the updated tf2_stocks file, which has it.

This is working, grab the latest tf2items from the extension thread. When you do sm exts list in console, it should show tf2items version 1.4.6.

No, OnGive isn't fixed. The GiveNamedItem call was fixed for both windows and linux. This uses the GiveNamedItem call.
