Connor, there is a problem with Russian translation. In that case we need lang file to use UTF-8 without BOM encoding. All chat messages looks fine but MOTDs are unreadable. As a solution I would recommend insert something like

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

to all MOTD pages.

Ofc. Russian translation is ready (but author for some reason did not give it to me ;)
But it would not work until some modifications will be made in the plugin(
