I'm not sure if CS:S has same feature as TF2 but you might try to change this netprop

The picture (better link) is intriguing but if,

is anything to go by, then it's still reporting false (note my current Resize Plugin uses CTFPlayer - I'll probably push it to the above CBasePlayer in the future).

That prop does not exist. The screenshot is probably a skin or made with Gmod where this is possible.
