First, you need to make sure that the SRS plugin is running on your server.
Second, please provide the latest error log which includes the keyword 'SRS'.

Extract this file sourcemod/data/
Note that folder GeoResolver is required into the data folder.

No, it still doesn't work for me, I have to see if the game is in Spanish, because it doesn't work for me, I installed l4d2 from scratch, installed sourcemod cleanly, and finally ran it with only that plugin active, and it doesn't give me any errors but it shows me [--]

Do the player's IP address correct?
Note that if it is not public IP, it will show [--].

You can check it from the server by the server command 'status'.
And then you can copy and paste the players' IP to the internet website which is for IP location check.
If the IP location website can't check the IP, it means the IP is wrong.
