All servers that use take ban token, since it is prohibited.

In case servers that use plugin are banned they get buying tokens, a quick google search you already find on this.

A banned token is banned permanent (or well: it actually appears to be until January 2038 ).

If your token gets banned, you will need to get a new one, set up on a completely different Steam account, before your server will become "public" on the Steam master servers again.

As for your questions in regards to preventing the token bans, I have to tell you that the AlliedModders forum cannot assist you in regards to circumventing these things. That part of the discussion ends here.
