[REQ] Check user steam and csgo level

Hello, I need plugin which will check connecting player's Steam level and CS:GO level. Can someone write this?

User can block this "feature" with privacy options, and your server will always receive level "0".

For CS:GO, check my Useful Commands plugin to use or learn from ( it has a native to approximate someone's level, check the important notes there as it's not perfect )
