Hey all,

I'm running a dedicated Windows server hosting 2 game servers. I've been running the first game with SourceBans for awhile now I just added the second game server (CSGO). Second game server has been running fine without any problems however, I tried to add SourceBans and am constantly met with the error below:

I also tried the test script on the SB Faq and had this come up:

Code:
[+] SourceBans "Error Connecting()" Debug starting for server 74.91.115.120:27016

[+] Trying to establish UDP connection
[+] UDP connection successfull!
[+] Trying to write to the socket
[+] Successfully requested server info. (That doesn't mean anything on an UDP stream.) Reading...
[-] Error getting server info. Can't read from UDP stream. Port is possibly blocked.

[+] Trying to establish TCP connection
[-] Error connecting #111: Connection refused
Anyone have any suggestions on what to try? I'm pretty sure it's not a port forward or firewall issue as the first server runs just fine.

Any input is appreciated!

It is a port issue, it is blocked on the web host. Get your host to open port 27016

All this time I've been thinking the gaming host was the problem and not the web host. I can't recall if I had them open 27015 for the other server so I'll message them tomorrow. Will report back with the change. Thank you!
