[TF2/Any]Custom tag with ccc?

Hey,
Is there a plugin or can some one make me a plugin that when I will do /tag it will change my custom chat colors tag? I mean default tag:Owner /tag MyTag will change it to be MyTag like the /ccc that changing the colors that will change the tag text

you didn't understand what I want.
I don't want command to change the colors I want command to change the tag text I mean when I will do /tag "MYTAG" it will change my tag to the tag that I did in the command.
