Hi!
i have a strange problem and the support of my rent server are unable to tell me what is wrong.

If i change the cvars in the plugins files located to left4dead2/cfg/sourcemod

nothing change in game.

but if i copy and paste all the cvars in an other file i named sourcemod.cfg (location : left4dead2/cfg/sourcemod) the cvars works then.

Any idea of what happen.

I use notepad ++ as default editor and validate all the files in filezilla after saving them in notepad.

It's not really annoying for now, but when i'll need to use cvar config updater it will be a problem.

any files like point and gift are very long and have a lot of setting to do so it will be hard to do.

Are you sure you have full FTP access to your server? Make sure the file you upload is overwritting the old file. (Double check if you upload and overwrite re-download it again and see if the changes are made, if not, you do not have permission to write over)
