[Paid request] Round time vote and repair my plugins

i need a plugins who extend round time with vote, and only alive player can vote. When the round time is 1:00 and less (0:59, 0:58 ..) all alive player can vote: !timeroud and when the vote is more than 60% of player, the round time is extended by 2:00 mins. ( same method of rtv)

And i have plugins for repair
