I have found this plugin but it is just for versus mode
(I've installed it on my coop ser and it didn't work)

Is it possible to make similar plugins which can provide extra medkits for coop teams with more than 4 players?

Or the plugin I asked for has already been created but I don't know?

I'm sure it works.
8 coop server and never had a problem with this.

you could easily do this ; give them the items at the start , or just edit the entities of medpacks to provide more than one.
