Hey. Do I need to run scripts manually after server reboot or cron jobs are enough?

If you have both cronjobs there, they are everything you need. The one that is run each fifth minute or so checks that the daemon is running, and starts it if it isnt, and the other one generates awards daily.

So cronjobs should be enough.

It is possible to write into the cron jobs if you restart the computer or turn it off, it will run it.

Kay. I've got one more question. What about scripts_path/scripts/logs/* ? Can I delete them or turn logging off?

Then you should do what he told you, because he is telling you how to turn of logs for the perl daemon. Dont forget to restart it afterwards.
