This plugin is a bit disappointing. Was looking forward to TFC nades in TF2 but they don't work the same as in TFC.

* Nail grenade doesn't fire actual projectile nails. If it is, its not visible. It seems to do radius damage to simulate it but it doesn't do the real thing.
* Napalm grenade doesn't leave a puddle of fire on ground after exploding.
* Mirv grenade only explodes into 1 bomblet when it should be 4 and bomblets aren't tossed several feet in random direction from the initial blast as they should.
* Hallucination grenades should behave more like a gas grenade and not as an explosive.
* There is no beeping to indicate when the grenade is about to explode. There should be a 3 beep warning.

The way the nades behave feels fake/cheap.

OMG, after 6 years of this plugin being in place, you come in with this? Then rework and recode the nades to do what you want.......at least this plugin gives SOMETHING better than what we have with base TF2.

Does this still work as of 2017? I use SM version: 1.7.3., installed both models, materials and everything in the mod and yet it shows the message of the nades, but I can't fire them. I type
bind v "+grenade1" for example, nothing happens. What is it that i'm not getting?

Was still working for me as of Dec 28, 2016 when we took our server down -- looking to get our server put back up soon so maybe I'll let you know if it's going to be working for us or not.....hope so.....

I'm announcing here that Smack Daddy has verbally, violently, and bribed me to update this plugin

I'm posting now that I've attempted to fix up some of the invalid handle errors, most of them should be patched now.

I'd changed the way the plugin checks when grenades can be active or not by checking if the gamestate is in PreRound or not. That way you can reload the plugin and the grenades should work as soon as you or someone else respawns.

the most important part is that I have completely changed the plugin to use the modern syntax.

In terms of improving the plugin so that its more efficient is a different story ;)
