suggestion
when throw smoke of teleport to wall mean out of map or so far it crash server
so get it protected from the wall or delet that function of teleport and change it with other type like frost nade or some thing...

i killed some one and i didnt get money in the 2 casses mean when im ct and i kill t and when im t and kill ct
it dont give money

when plant bomb to it dont give money...

Your first issue is not a problem, your server must have 5 players for get money. I'll add a cvar for control It.

Lul, I can affirm it was fixed. I'll check again. And the bug about the teleport I did not noticed.
