[CS:GO]Overtime plugin request

Hello guys

Can anyone make a plugin that will create an overtime? I mean, if the score is 15:15 i want to have an overtime system on my server, it should work just like an OT in matches (6 rounds divided in two halves).
And there should be a HUD message that there would be an overtime if there's a tie.

Can anyone help me with it, please?
