hey guyz i need some help i run cs1.6 server

my config:

pentium 4 2.60ghz,1.1gb ram

256kbps upload (33 kbps) upload speed

and i run a 10 slot server,intially i didnt set any rates in my server.cfg file and it used to lag a little bit .then i read about the rate calculator in alliedmod.net and calculated my rates as:

sv_minrate 0
sv_maxrate 3338
sv_maxupdaterate 12
sv_minupdatrate 10
fps_max 600


nw after settting these settings in my server.cfg file clients on my server experience greater lag +choke of about 10
help me with rate settings so that i can run a 10 slot server lagless.if there is some plugin that might help plz inform me about it also.

i also use pingbooster 2.4.0

Well.. I don't think you can run a server with 5+ slots with that speed dude.

Just because you get choke doesn't mean the server is lagging. It alieviate choke your cl_updaterate should be equal to sv_maxudaterate afaik.
