When adding a new server to Sourcebans, we have so far been re-adding every single admin manually to that new server, by editing their individual server acces and ticking off the new server.

Is there any faster and easier solution to this?

What happens if you are executing the sm_rehash or sm_reloadadmins commands on a such server after changing permissions, does it pick up the changes then?

You need to add the Server ID that you can find under the "Servers" tab in Sourcebans, when you have that ID, you need to put that ID in the sourcebans config located at ../addons/sourcemod/configs/sourcebans/sourcebans.cfg I think it is. Once you've added that you can refresh the admins and it will update your current admins.
