Running AMX Mod X on Condition Zero. (Sticky Please)

So you want to run a czero server eh? (pardon my canadian)

Well first you need 3 things:

1) A Czero Server

2) MetaMod ( http://www.metamod.org )
(Windows = http://metamod.org/dl/dlls/metamod.dll.zip )
(Linux = http://metamod.org/dl/dlls/metamod_i386.so.gz )

3) AMXX 0.16
(Windows = http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/a...m.zip?download )
(Linux = http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/a...ar.gz?download )

now onto file editing:

open up liblist.gam in your czero folder.

For Windows:

Edit this line:

gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"

To this:

gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll

For Linux:

Edit this line:

gamedll_linux "dlls/cs_i386.so"

To this:

gamedll_linux "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.so"

Then make a folder in czero called addons
Inside that folder make 2 folders, one called metamod and the other called amxx.

open metamod folder and create another folder called dlls
in the same folder (metamod) open notepad and create two files, plugins.ini & config.ini

now open config.ini and place this line inside:

For Windows:

gamedll dlls/mp.dll

For Linux:

Code:

gamedll_linux dlls/cs_i386.so

Save config.ini and close the file.

Open plugins.ini and place this line inside:

For Windows:

;AMXMOD X
win32 addons\amxx\dlls\amxx_mm.dll

For Linux:

Code:

;AMXMOD X
linux addons/amxx/dlls/amxx_mm.dll

Now extract the metamod.dll(.so) into addons\metamod\dlls
Then extract AMX Mod X into czero.

you dont NEED it, i dont use it, i just use normal MM, works fine for me.

i have no experience with MMX, and its being discontinued so... i decided to use what i know (MM)

No, you should always use MMx for CZero until the official metamod updates.
