hey!

you forgot the port in your link. try the above 3 links I provided. they do work and will connect you to our server which has channels defined and runs in version 1.2.0.

Yeah I noticed it.. modified the post already since I didn't think you read it.

When you fire the sm_mumble from the client, does the URL appear int he mumble client itself?

in your link.. after the port, there is a //, propably because I left server_channelpath empty, check if chennelpath is used and strip that additional / if needed. this might fix it

Actually, I am in your server right now, and not seeing any problem other then the Red/Blu team channels are backwards..

yeah, it seems to be working just fine for me

[1:07:42 PM] Opening URL mumble://[email protected]:8672//--GAMES--/TF2/red/?version=1.2.0
[1:09:25 PM] Opening URL mumble://[email protected]:8672//--GAMES--/TF2/blue/?version=1.2.0
[1:117 PM] Opening URL mumble://[email protected]:8672//--GAMES--/TF2/red/?version=1.2.0
[1:16:21 PM] Opening URL mumble://[email protected]:8672//--GAMES--/TF2/blue/?version=1.2.0

When I was on BLU (Attacking on Dustbowl) it was placing me in the Red channel and vice versa, but otherwise it was working fine.

so what did you do ? it doesn't work for me. when I don't have mumble open, sm_mumble will open it but will prompt me to select a server from the server browser. When I have mumble already open and I'm connected to the server, the sm_mumble connect won't switch me to the appropriate channel.

did I understand that right ? you joined on our tf2 gameserver and there typed in sm_mumble and it made your mumble connect to our murmur server ?
how did you know which gameserver you had to connect to ?

Yeah, it worked fine for me..

Try !mumble in chat, being in console may mess with the phony MOTD that is being opened.

!mumble in chat doesn't work, too. Neither for me, nor for a friend of mine :/

I even edited the config file to the following, to get close to your example.

Quote:
mumbleman_channelpath "--GAMES--/TF2"
mumbleman_clientversion "1.2.0"
mumbleman_password ""
mumbleman_port "8672"
mumbleman_server "voice.gkmumble.de"
mumbleman_team1name "spec"
mumbleman_team2name "red"
mumbleman_team3name "blue"
mumbleman_teamchannels "1"
