when i set !rules to work with website it wont show up when i type !rules. i have tried with a few links now and no work. am i the only with this problem?

Nope, the same for me. I haven't heard anything abut a solution either. Hoowever, I've "solved" it by having the website with the rules in motd insted. Might be a solution for you too.

With CS:GO I believe you have to make a new page to open the actual page you want. I remember using something like this:
