I have been wondering, would it be possible to provide CUSTOM, NOT STEAM, but CUSTOM weapon models / skins that I have made for players on my server?

I know that we can change the player skins, so why can't we do it with weapons?

What I would like to change is:
weapon model
sound
bullet look

Is it possible at all?

It was already stated by Valve that even non-valve weapon skins aren't allowed.

He doesn't wants weapon skins,what he wants is custom model for weapons so i think thats allowed as long as we don't use valve's skins.

And yes to the previouse post VAVLE didn't allow weapon skins. But I want to add a totally custom weapon model.

You can change the Starting knife but i didt remember how to do it so i will cheack that up and IF i found sometig i will post it here and that shoude not be legal to have on your server

Well in that case zombie mod would be against rules no? Since most zombie servers do change hands to a custom model. They allow us to change player models, why wouldn't we be able to change weapon models?

For example perhaps I want a spear instead of a knife

Changing knives is not allowed, changing weapons is.
This because of the fact that valve sells knive models and not weapon models.
For the hand models, valve does not sell any models like that, so its legal.
Simple as that.
If you have something without paying while valve sells it, illegal.
Otherwise, legal.
