Problem sqlite

Hello,

I have a problem with creating a local database, the server does not want to create.

"addons/sourcemod/data/" <-- folder is empty

the previous server all had well
"addons/sourcemod/data/sqlite/sourcemod-local.sq3"

whether this error can be repaired?
