The clue is in the log
Install sdktools

I faced such problem, compilation is not possible on sourcemod 1.9.x. A lot of mistakes.

You may have problems running supertanks with Lastboss... and like Munch said: Install Sdktools extension

Yes.. try to compile with the lastest gamedata (first post) and with a stable snap. you aint gonna have problems

You cannot erase the (1).
Every survivor & infected have their own unique ID ingame. The system cannot name 2 hunters like: "hunter" because it needs to determinate who is talking with...
If you have 5 hunters in game they will be named like this:

- hunter
- hunter(1)
- hunter(2)
- hunter(3)
- hunter(4)

Same as all characters, no matter what gamemode you´re playing.

You have to compile it yourself. With the recent versions of SourceMod, you'll get a lot of compiler errors and warnings. Consider trying my extended version instead: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=302140
