[L4D2] How to print Red&Gray text on the left of the screen

Red or gray text box.
When you kill an special infected, protect a teammate, give pills, healed a teammate etc.

You have to create an Event named with "weapon_given" (gray) [only works for adrenaline and pills] and "player_death" (red).
