Host_Error: PF_Precache_Model_I: Bad String

what does this mean? i cant start up my server because i get this error message from any of theese version of the plugin:

Crashing when? If you have too many blocks built it will crash the server when a player loads them all into view.

the server will not crash then.. it will bug so players can not see all blocks.
now ive discovered that the server will crash even if i dont have any plugins enabled.
i have reinstalled amxx 7 times and the server like 5 times. the server will always crash for a reason.

im warning every1, dont rent from afgserv.com
