I have this idea can you do for example with cvar to choose whether rounds is or timeleft want to work. And for example when my server is how many rounds to play and after 2 rounds left to go vote for the nextmap.

I did it so "dmc_mod 0"

But at the beginning of each MAP I put a plugin that comes as a vote in the beginning, when for example I choose nine rounds and then write in "timeleft" there shows me constantly as it does not have 9 rounds but with one less. Can you fix this thing. Or does not change immediately to as "mp_maxrounds 9". And for example when there are already two rounds to go vote for the next map.

And I tried this thing and not always correctly accounted rounds to "mp_maxrounds"

About /playedmaps. For map to appear on this list it has to be played at least once, right? However, I don't thing this function is very useful as it is now. You should include all maps that are in mapscycle.txt or /cstrike/maps/ folder itself. In this way administrator could see most and least popular maps and adjust mapcycle without much of manual work. Then /playedmaps would be useful.
Here is example how improved list could look

About mapscycle. As far as I know none so far created public map choose plugins has dynamic maps selection. For example

mapscycle_small.txt - includes small maps, such as aim_map, de_dust2_2x2 etc.
