I don't even understand what you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying to have the command display the SteamID you have on file for them or are you trying to show their access to the server or what?

We have many steam accounts, and many users prefer setinfo _pw that Steam,
So i want send the amxx to my enemy, so i will be able to have the accounts and password of his server.

Not going to happen. Your requesting a pluin that will hack a server's rcon password? Get the fuck out.

Thread=trash plus your explanation leads me to believe that your server supports non-steam because why would you want to have your access set by password instead of SteamID? OP probably should just be banned even though it means the community will be losing its best coder lol

I want do this plugin on my private plugin (.amxx), because i want if someone, take off my plugin from my dedicated server, then i will be able to revenge.

My server supports Steam account
And why on this server, we have only users by setinfo
Because with steam, admins can change their name, and it's difficult to recognize them
