How to delete threads started

How do i delete threads, if i cant then rip

Basically rip.

Best you can do is blank out your post and report the thread to be trashed, but the wise thing is posting the solution so other people can make use of it.

I was able to delete my thread as long as no one replied. Hit "edit" and then "delete post" to remove it.
It could be however related to that I'm subforummod giving me this "ability". And I don't want to try it just to confirm or not if this is stil possible for me. ;-)
