I made what I think may be a "fixed" variant of this thing. Added +/- as "don't mess with these" prefixes, fixed the prefix detection (so that it actually matches "this is at the start of the command"), added in a define for affecting cvars compared to commands, and fixed it treating commands like cvars (and thus crashing out).

Find it attached for review/testing.

I don't use this thing myself, but PickleMonstar in #sourcemod wanted it fixed, and I had a few minutes. He claims it works now.

Called it version 0.1_wz to differentiate it from the posted version, may want to go to 0.2 if devicenull makes it official. Didn't credit myself as an author, as I only fixed a couple of (what I think were) minor things.

Any updates of this floating around, it is a great plugin... this is the output I get from the plugin since the latest steam update.
