I use sm plugins unload cssdm/dm_basics , and cssdm_enabled 0 in my server config and use maps and map prefix's plugins to enable cssdm.

But yesterday I did a fresh re-install of sourcemod to the newest version 1.0.3 and these commands don't seem to exec anymore when the server starts up it will be on cssdm.

The cvars will only work if I exec server.cfg in console but I shouldn't have to do this.

So my question is why did it do this and how can I fix it. I'd prefer to keep the cvars in my server config.
