1. Did you compile plugin on your own using the same compiler version your server has?
2. Is plugin listed under command "sm plugins list" without errors?
3. Temporarily remove all plugins except Sourcemod's own plugins and this one.

i dont think i installed sm right is it different installing sm on l4d1 then l4d2
