Wrong folder. The right one would be: sound/ambient/explosions/explode_8.mp3

Wasn't the case for me, my sv_downloadurl wasn't set and I still had this problem.

For anyone else with this issue - you can simply set sv_allowupload to 1 on your client, and re-join.

i havn't got a mirror of download
