This plugin is made by mahnsawce.. i just ported it cuz i didn't see too many NS plugins

This plugin requires no special module to operate.

This plugin will allow AMX admins to ban players from entering the command chair. It keeps track of bans, and stores them in <amxx configs dir>/commban.ini

This plugin only works on Steam, and only works with NS 3.0.

Commands
amx_commban <name or Steam ID> [time or -1 for infinite]
Will add a ban for the specified user / steam id. If a players name (or partial name) is given, it will look up their steam id, and ban that.
If no time is specified, it will default to a 60 minute ban.
If no target or time is specified, it will ban the current commander, if there is one, for 60 minutes, and notify you of who the commander was.
amx_uncommban <STEAM ID>
Unbans the specified steam id.
amx_commbanlist
Will display a list of all current commander bans, and how much longer they have remaining.
Please do not modify the commban.ini on your own, unless you absolutely have to.

NOTE: When Steam ID's are used as a parameter (such as in amx_commban/amx_uncommban), they NEED to be enclosed with quotation marks. This is a half-life issue, and not a plugin issue.

Please understand this plugin is currently beta. IT's been tested fairly extensively on a test server, and it seems to operate just fine, however, problems may occur.
