Help me!

I upload this plugin to my server, it's running, but when i wrote the command like this:
amx_newmusic ambience/Opera.wav newmusic/pring.wav, the plugin gaves this error message:

New Music ERROR - newmusic/pring.wav is not precached!

What should I do?

Its works after server restart!

But the CTs why don't hear the music? CTs never hear it, Terrors sometimes doesn't hear it! (italy - opera)

As noted in the document part:

Note that the new music must be precached for doing this. This means you must restart your server/fire up a new map before

Check server console to be sure what sounds are autoprecached like they should. It can look like this:

[New music] Precaching "newmusic/suzy.wav" [New music] Precached 1 custom sounds.

I just noticed it's still not possible using anything but waves. :-\
Still it's fun, just use a webserver to allow people to dl faster.

yes you're right, CTs cant hear anything. Very peculiar... Not sure but it might have something to do with the waves themselves. Some suggest using the right properties. Google ambient_generic.....

I changed the Opera.wav in cs_italy and find these observations:

-It works, but music play only once per round, doesn't repeat...
-Not all of Terrors hear the music in every round. Example:
Round1: T1:yes T2:yes , Round2: T1:no T2:yes , Round3: T1:yes, T2:no
-CTs never hear that new music, why?

Hi!
Nice plugin, I tried it out few days ago on our server. Changing music works fine (used it with italy, westwood and arabstreets). There is only one thing that doesn't work. When I try to find out the name of the wav files used in the map with
amx_listmusic
I only get an error message. The command doesn't list all music waves used in current map.

I find
"engine" and "fakemeta" in my modules.ini ("amxmodx" and "amxmisc" are somehow not listed there).

Can you help me? Anything I did wrong?
