We've had this debate before, when people replicated popular private plugins.

It was his idea to not make his publicly available. (trashing his plugin) So someone else remade it in a different way.

Chill... no one has anything against FatalisDK. This plugin wasn't put out there (I believe) to damage FatalisDK in any way, it was put out there so it can be used.

The only thing not fair is that people were charged for using/downloading "his stuff" while it should in fact have been free in the first place.

Posting this plugin and what Emp released stands equal to the word fair.

This is NOT FAIR! I bought plugins from Fatalis for 30$ and now your releasing this, delete this.. please! Use it yourself, dont give out it.. BCM 3.0 still has less bugs but..

Forget about open source, he didn't steal source code so theres no reason why it can't be released.

if u code a plugin u could release it or not... if u do not release it u can use it on ur server to make it something special but u shouldnt take money to share it xD pwned kiimpan

It's not just there is no rules against it or it's an open source community, it's entirely illogical to ask it to be removed. If two things do the same thing but aren't ripped off from each other, it wouldn't be copyright infringement in the real world, so why would it be removed here?

Besides, for those of you who actually PAID to buy a plugin, that's just sad.
