SlapMod

This is my first plugin here so I decided to start out simple.Basically what this does it lets a client slap someone for a price ($600 is default). If you know that someone has done this before, feel free to delete this or something.

Commands:
amx_mslap <target> <how many slaps>
amx_mslapcost - This will tell the client how much a slap costs

If you want to change how much a slap costs, you can change the cvar "amx_slapcost"

Please note that this wont work if you are an admin because you get free slaps.
