[L4D2] Infected Ghost Double Jump

A plugin that means ghosted infected can perform a double jump, to get to higher places, simple press space twice (like a double jump lol)...

one cvar, that is used to change how high you jump... defualt 700

Just a suggestion.
Need a cvar that can disable spawn during "Double Jump".

Note: In AtomicStrykers's "Infected Ghost Leap" this function is broken.

Only difference is that this uses a double jump rather than pressing a different key... For ease of use...

I only put it on here cos a couple of people who played on my server loved it and wanted it.
