Hi! I'm trying to make a votekick plugin. (I need one that makes a vote with yes or no for the player. It also can't be interruptable. I haven't been able to find this so far. If there is one like this, can anyone give me a linky?) Can someone explain to me:
1. How to get a list of clients, and put them into a menu.
2. Make the the vote check if another is running.
3. Recognize "votekick" in the text.

I know I'm demanding, but I just can't figure this out alone, or with the wiki. Thank you in advance!

There is an sm_votekick command supplied with our basevotes plugin, and all commands automatically have chat triggers (which takes care of #3). The voting API will automatically take care of #2 for you, only one vote can be activate at a time.
