Hey dear Community ,
Im working since longer time on my own [CSS] SurfTimer Server.
Its even working perfectly but theres just one thing whats gamebreaking.
If you write in the chat special letters like : ß , ° , ä , ö , ü ... i get those codes like : \xc3\x9f or \xc3\xb6.
even when a player has some special letters in the name , it looks like : [Professional] \xef\xbc\x83 \xd0\x90\xd0\xba\xd0\xb2 SuperDeppy:

Is there something to fix those [letter codes]

if it's just u i heard u need to install some win7 service pack to fix it

Ye the main problem is that all people get those 'letter codes'.

what is your start command?

are your server and plugins up to date? (better not be some non steam old version)
and are you sure it's a sourcemod problem, did it occur without it?
