[REQ] CSS: Set team's money after X loses in a row

Hi! I would like to request a plugin that gives a team X amount of money after X straight rounds lost. Basically these cvars:

Number of CT team loses to give money (0 to disable)
Amount of money for ct team
Number of T team loses to give money (0 to disable)
Amount of money for T team

It would be wonderful if the method used allowed to add cash instead of setting it, but it's not imperative if it's too complicated.

Until the time someone comes up with this plugin you can use a team balancer
plugin which balance according to kdr, that way you can get the teams balanced
and even out the forces to deal with this issue.

@NinjaSK: We have a very large dust2 server, and we've tried balance plugins before, but most of our players really dislike being switched in the middle of a session (especially if it's CT to T) and often complain a lot or just leave, so we'd like to avoid that method if possible. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

We have had something similar to the first one, using the roundcron pluging, but often it leads to unfair situations if used for just one team (in our case, tipically T) as it doesn't take into account scores, and ideally what my requested plugin would do is adding cash, not setting it. Still, beggers can't be choosers, right? XD

As for the second one, experience has taught me most of our players (regulars, at least) don't have a very open mind for this kind of stuff (personally, I reaaaally like the idea of this plugin). I've been tempted to make it a 16k server and call it a day, but I don't want a m4-ak-scout-p90 server either. I'm pretty old school and I hate to see weapons like mp5 and m3 fade away.
