Problem with AMXX plugins turning off overnight?

Hello, I'm having a problem with my server.
My server is usally on overnight and when I wake up
the server apparently has no plugins running at all.
I don't know what's the cause to this problem but anyway
my vault file for the Bank Plugin was empty when I was up this morning.
I have Podbot MM and HL Booster running on this server.

If anyone has any idea why the plugins randomly stop working please let me know!

First, we will need some info about your server.
Provide the output of the following commands:
rcon meta list
rcon amxx plugins
rcon meta version
rcon version

Second, next time it happens, provide the output of this command before doing anything to fix it:
rcon amxx plugins

The map was aim_ak-colt and it changed to cs_deagle5 then de_mario_air.
Anyone know what caused this to all the plugins turning off randomly?

If you do those same maps can you force it to happen? It kind of seems like the OS is denying all access to the hard disk (I could be totally wrong).

Have you tried disabling all metamod plugins other than AMX Mod X?

Have you try disable Podbot MM?

Try to install latest amxx builds : http://www.amxmodx.org/snapshots.php
Or at least take mapchooser.amxx from this pack.

Ops, you are using galileo...

Would need to check all .sma and check if each fopen matches a fclose.

I think the hard drive statement might have been the problem. But I doubt it. This has only happened 3 times do I'll deal with it as a minor bug. I save the bank vault and Poke XP daily / nightly so it's not a problem. Thank you all for your suggestions!
