l4d_skip_intro.smx: Unable to load plugin (no debug string table)
l4d_tank_ignores_minigun.smx: Unable to load plugin (no debug string table)
l4d_witch_trigger.smx: Unable to load plugin (no debug string table)
left4dhooks.smx: Unable to load plugin (no debug string table)

and compile l4d2_boss_spawn.smx with this include
https://github.com/ConfoglTeam/l4d2_...4d2_direct.inc

"(no debug string table)" you need to compile those plugins with the version of your sourcemod

Yeah the native was not found errors are due to missing Left4DHooks (read the requirements and installation notes!) and "no debug string table" is running 1.10 compiled plugins on version < SM 1.10. Do what Ethan Max said.
