Does the WinHL booster metamod plugin help or harm your server? i run a cs 1.6 server, rented from a game server host.
I currently do have a steady 500 FPS server (WITHOUT THE PLUGIN ) when 0-10 people are in the server. then after goes like 500-250 fps when 11+ people are in.

im using metamod p
i have many mods running such as warcraft3ft, hlguard, steambans running and 49 amxmodx plugins

So I wanted to know.. how can I get a STEADY 500 FPS maybe 400 - 550 FPS at all time, even peak hours on my server.

Does this WinHL booster work? also which version is better of the WinHL Booster, version 1.70 or 2.40?
i've read not to use these boosters, and sometimes i read it helps.

Why bother changing anything? If you're getting steady, high FPS on your server don't even bother messing with it. You're just asking for trouble.

Just about everything you can do with the booster you can just do with the console or AMXX , so its useless helps none in other cases it lags more then helps.
