Hi, along time ago I have been able to play the Superhero Mod on my dedicated server but I've just recently started trying to play it again, so I forgot alot of commands and so I fired up the server and ran a plugins list to see if everything was running and it was. My problem is I can't see my server in the servers list whether its in-game servers list or steam servers list, so I thought well I'll try opening the corresponding ports for CS, steam servers and Half Life Servers but still couldn't see my server. I used to be able to like 2 years ago. what happened? am I forgeting to do something. This is what I do, I double click the hlds.exe and put in the settings, server name, etc. and then I hit start. then I click steam, and then I go to servers list, filters counter strike, then refresh and then I look for my server, but its not there. Was there an update for hlds.exe or something that I was aware of?

SuperHero isn't really the right place regarding problems with HLDS.

Can anyone help? I think its the IP address. My external Ip is different from the one on the hlds.exe settings. How do I set my IP address so that it will show up in the steam servers list?

ok, I have Kaspersko running and I thought it was interfering with the connection but I've added hlds.exe to the exclusions list and I still can't see my server. what else could it be. I opened ports, disabled my windows firewall, and excluded steam and hlds to Kasperski? I think my server.cfg might not be configured right, do I need those rates added on there for the server to work?

Can someone else (which you give your external IP address) connect to your server?

Can he/she see the server in the Steam server list?

What's your sv_region set to?
